
| WUAVF SINGAPORE CHAPTER
I. World UAV Federation (WUAVF) Chapter is the basic document of this organization.
II. Tasks and Goals

Promote UAV growth in Singapore through regulations, joint programs, and enhancing intellectual assets towards a regulated environment.

Establish a platform for UAV growth in the region by creating a favorable business environment and promoting goodwill among parties.

Enhance the Society's identity by collaborating with groups and governmental agencies on rules, trade practices, laws, and projects.
III. Membership

Members of the WUAVF include drone companies, professionals in the drone industry, and other individuals or groups that contribute to UAV industry advancement. Those meeting the membership criteria should express their interest to join WUAVF, adhere to its Code of Ethics, and complete the membership application form. International chapters should promptly submit new member applications and annual fees to the WUAVF Secretariat.

Members can withdraw by notifying the Secretary but remain liable for dues. Non-payment for 90 days leads to suspension unless exceptions are made by the Management Committee. Members can be terminated for prejudicial actions or rule violations. Appeals can be made to the General Meeting within one month. Upon cessation, all fees become due and non-refundable, and rights are forfeited.
IV. Voting Rights

WUAVF establishes voting rights to both Individual and Group members during the General Assembly and Executive Committee meetings. During voting, each member attending the conference can represent only one client.

The Management Committee makes decisions based on a majority vote, with the President casting a deciding vote in case of ties. Management Committee roles are elected during the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for three-year terms, and candidates for President must have served on the Committee for at least one year prior to their election.

A quorum is met with 33% of the Committee or at least three members present. Proxy voting is permitted unless otherwise specified. In matters of conflict of interest, members must disclose any vested interests, and the Committee may require abstention from voting when necessary.
